Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker — What It Is

TabTrade opened in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.

That last detail matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.

What you can trade: forex, indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that coverage is broad.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Access to both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know a MetaQuotes platform previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after comparing.

FIX API is available for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently in the works. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

The execution is the area where this broker stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.

Combine that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.

Safety

This is the detail that matters. Tab Trade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your decision.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to two thousand dollars. Standard deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before funding.

Everything in one place, with the full fee table, withdrawal policies, website and regulatory details, is at Trade The Day.
